Claude models are now generally available in Microsoft Foundry, hosted on Azure. Claude runs in your Azure environment with the authentication, billing, and governance controls your teams already use, so you can adopt Claude within your existing enterprise setup without standing up new infrastructure.

Choose where inference is processed
For teams that need to control where data is handled, you can choose where inference is processed, including a US data zone for teams with data residency requirements. Anthropic operates the inference and serves as the data processor.

Available models and supported features
Claude Opus 4.8 and Claude Haiku 4.5 are available, with support for the Messages API, prompt caching, and extended thinking.

Consolidated billing
Usage appears on a single consolidated invoice. Eligible customers with Microsoft Enterprise Agreements can draw Claude usage against their Azure commitments.
